Aug. 10, 2026. We're waiting for inspection from City of Mill Valley. Andrew Corona was the electrician. Northern Lighting and Electric. Joey Berntsen at Gotelli Plumbing installed the water heater. Somebody (?) left three big holes, in the outdoor switch box, leaving it open, vulnerable to the rain, and elements. See attached photos. Can somebody come fix it. Plug the holes up?! The electrical wires are exposed to the weather. Sloppy oversight. Maybe cover the three holes with Duct Tape? $5,261.50.

Jason did a fabulous job installing my faucet and hot water heater, and fixing a bunch of other leaks and quirks. I got prompt attention, and a professional job. Thank you.

Gotelli Plunbing is the BEST. They always get the job right. As a property manager and owner of many property's they are consistently on time, diagnose the issue correctly and do the work properly so inever have to deal with the issue again!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Jason Ralph is the guy you want on the job. I had leaky valves hidden inside my walls — installed incorrectly by a previous contractor — and Jason tracked down the source of the leak quickly and accurately. He also caught early signs of mold and immediately gave me solid referrals for drywall removal, which saved me the headache of researching that on my own. When he came back to do the actual repair, he not only fixed the leak but also improved another fixture. What really set him apart was the documentation. Jason thoroughly recorded the issue, the cause, and the fix, which gave me exactly what I needed to hold the original contractor accountable. That level of foresight was very helpful. If you want a plumber who's skilled, honest, thorough, and genuinely looks out for you, Jason Ralph is who you call. Highly recommend.
